ALL WEATHER PROTECTION

Portwest Extreme™ Waterproof and Breathable is our premium high performance rainwear fabric
that offers superior comfort, function, and endurance in all weather conditions. Waterproof to over
15,000mm and breathable and windproof to the highest standards.

RipShell™ is our technical 3-layer ripstop softshell fabric, designed to provide tough, warm,
breathable protection against wind and rain. The Ripstop face fabric keeps wind and rain
RIPSHELL out and is durable enough to endure the most rigorous movement. A soft inner fl eece lining
is warm and comfortable, while the addition of a breathable membrane enhances dryness
espically during active tasks.

Made with 300 Denier 100% Polyester yarn, this is a tough fabric for tough conditions. 300D
190g fabric has superb abrasion and tear resistance. The double coating of polyurethane
(PU) on the inside makes the fabric durable and waterproof. The outer has a water and stain
repellent coating which helps keep the garment clean.

TECHNOLOGIES

Insulatex™ Pro is our most advanced lightweight thermal lining with supreme warmth-to-weight ratio.
Constructed using hollow fi ber technology, this soft insulating fabric has millions of air pockets that trap air
and body heat offering maximum protection in extreme cold and wet conditions. Providing superior lightweight
comfort to the wearer without adding bulk.

TEXPEL SPLASH

ECO?

Texpel™ Splash Eco was developed to offer an eco-conscious waterproof fi nish,
completely free of PFAS (per- and poly-fl uoroalkylated substance). PFAS coatings
have historically been used in waterproof garments for their long-lasting water
and dirt repellent qualities but are known to be harmful as they persist in the
environment. Texpel Eco was developed to remove these environmentally
harmful PFAS, but not compromise product performance or longevity.

After extensive wear trials, our team have developed Texpel
Eco splash, which offers the same exceptional water and dirt
repellence as traditional water resistant treatments, keeping
wearers dry and comfortable whilst being kinder to the
environment.
